HIV/AIDS Care

HIV/AIDS Care

The South End Community Health Center is proud to include comprehensive care for people living with HIV/AIDS among the many services offered at the health center. This program provides adult patients who have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis with both primary care and HIV specialty care (including the management of medications to treat HIV). Today, HIV is considered a manageable chronic disease. Our experienced providers work closely with patients to control their HIV and other health problems, so they can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. The HIV/AIDS Care Program also helps to coordinate services with other SECHC departments (Behavioral Health, Eye Care, Dental, Women’s Health, etc.) and our local hospital partners.
