Support Wellness: Addiction Medicine

Addiction Medicine

South End Community Health Center is providing culturally sensitive and comprehensive treatment for patients within the community who suffer from substance use disorders including alcohol, opioid, amphetamine, and other illicit substances. This team-based approach offers an integrated care plan that combines medication management including buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) and behavioral health care. Our integrated care team also coordinates individualized plans for patients suffering from chronic pain with a history of long-term opioid management. Our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and case coordinators work collaboratively to provide patients with individualized and culturally sensitive care, including group and individual counseling in both English and Spanish.
