Clinician (Fee for Service) - Mental Health
This position will be responsible for providing a range of behavioral health therapeutic intervention to adults who are behavioral health clients. Services provided include diagnostic
assessment, individual therapy, and group therapy and family therapy. Applicant should have knowledge of various therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in mental health, 1-2 years related experience, and License in a recognized mental health discipline (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC). Bilingual in Spanish required.
Career Specialist - Mental Health (Full Time)
Provide employment services to program participants including: vocational assessment and evaluation, vocational preparation, job development & placement, coaching
and job support. The position requires delivery of mobile services to participants in community locations. Ability to write assessments and progress notes. Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, social services or business. Sales and marketing experience helpful. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team in an outcomes based program. Strong writing skills. Must have valid driver’s license.
Community Coordinator- WIC (Full Time)
The position is responsible to develop and maintain a community liaison with health and human services providers and advocacy organizations in communities served by our
WIC Program. Build an active and coordinated referral network and collaborates with our internal/external partners and represents WIC at community health fairs, workshops and
other public forums. Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent, 2 years experience working with community and health or human services, bilingual: Spanish and English,
and knowledge of Community.
DentalReceptionist- Dental (Full Time)
Assist patient, provider and staff in order to ensure smooth patient flow from the time of making appointment, through the patient’s arrival and wait-time in the waiting room,
and until the patient leaves the department. Serve as a primary liaison between the billing office and patients with regard to verification and input via EMR of patient information,
insurance coverage and fee collection. Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent experience, minimum 1 year experience, 1 year EMR experience, worked in a community
health center environment. Bilingual: Spanish & English a must.

Operations Manager Behavioral Health (Full Time)
The Operations Manager for Behavioral Health will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a multi-site Behavioral Health department. This position supervises staff. The operations manager will be responsible for a variety of operational functions related to clinic operations including, regulation compliance, oversee utilization management, grants and grant reporting, patient grievance and trouble shooting of emergencies, and other essential clinic functions. Some direct patient care is expected. Qualifications: Master degree with past clinical experience, as well as, supervisory/management experience. LICSW / LMHC a plus. Experience with electronic health records a plus.
Peer Specialist – Mental Health– CBFS (Part Time) (18 Hrs. Non-Benefit Eligible )
Responsible for direct service, one-on-one relationship building and peer group leadership, coaching and training with designated individuals. Lead peer groups at sites, engage in specific coaching or educational services including WRAP and Wellness Planning, and skills training, assist with Individual Action Plan (IAP) development for designated individuals, provide support to the team and facilitate ongoing compliance with the IAP, writing progress notes, enter data and review progress in accordance with Performance Based Treatment Standards.
Qualifications: A high school degree or high school equivalent diploma, and individual who has achieved successful recovery from debilitating mental illness and can now serve as a mentor to others who are in the process of developing resilience, a willingness to share “one’s own story” with individuals who are enrolled in the program, computer literate in Windows.
Program Assistant – WIC (Full Time)
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the WIC office. Must have HS Diploma or GED, 1 year general office experience,
knowledge of computer systems, and good customer service skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Must be available to work at multiple
sites, and on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Rehabilitative Specialist – Mental Health CBFS (Full-time)
Responsible for direct service, case management and assisting with Individual Action Plan (IAP) development. Write progress notes,
enter data and review progress accordance with Performance Based Treatment Standards. Qualifications: BA preferred or equivalent experience,
two (2) years direct care experience with adults in a residential setting, experience in developing and writing treatment plans, computer
literate in Windows.
Team Nurse – Mental Health CBFS (Full Time)
Responsible for intensive nursing case management, health education and triage with medical services for individual served in the program. Provides health education and resources for clients and staff, facilitate people getting help from VNA, home health, communicate with primary care and specialty medical services, provide triage services, on call for staff on a rotational basis, administer medication or medical treatment, assist in development of Individual Action Plan (IAP) for designated individuals.
Qualifications: Massachusetts licensed RN or BSN with experience in a behavioral health setting, minimum one (1) year experience in a behavioral health setting, computer literate in Windows, excellent writing and oral communication skills. Bilingual Spanish & English preferred.
