We are an independent, full-service, comprehensive health care facility seeking candidates for the following positions:
Receptionist
Responsible for the daily functions of the front desk reception in the medical area including: answering phones, greeting clients, taking messages, routing calls, and scheduling appointments. Strong organizational, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Computer literacy. High School diploma or equivalent, bilingual in English/Spanish required. Evening/weekend hours required.
Switchboard Operator
Answer all main number telephone calls on a multi-line (8+lines) switchboard. Experience working in a health care center preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Some evenings and weekends required.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing all administrative and support duties to the Executive Director and the Human Resources Director, which include: special projects, typing, filing, faxing, organizing meetings, assist on recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance appraisal, training and events, handle payroll activities. Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files in order and the human resources database up-to-date. Associate degree or equivalent work experience, one year of direct or related work experience in human resources, one year experience working with a HRIS, experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher, detailed oriented, strong organizational skills, good written and oral skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent secretarial skills, ability to type 50 wpm.
Patient Billing Specialist
Responsible to perform all required patient billing activities for the Health Center. High School diploma or GED, knowledge of third party billing, familiarity with CPT and ICD-9 Coding, detailed oriented, effective communication skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, one to three years experience in Healthcare billing environment.
Internist
