The South End Community Health Center Medical Services Department offers the whole spectrum of primary care specialties (Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Family Medicine). In addition we offer specialty care in Neurology, Podiatry and Dermatology. We have an integrative and collaborative model, with emphasis on the individual and the Health Center as their Medical Home.
