Welcome to the South End Community Health Center Nutrition department. Our nutrition services provide reliable and evidence based nutrition information to guide our patients and families in achieving a balanced and healthy approach to dietary and eating issues. This is accomplished by giving our patients access to practical nutrition information in a variety of formats. This includes information in either individual or group visits. Also available is advice on reducing weight, lowering cholesterol, meal plans for diabetes, as well as pregnancy and breastfeeding.
