Pharmacy Directory (A-Z)
The Clinical Pharmacy Department works collaboratively with the medical providers at the clinic to provide comprehensive chronic disease state management services. Our chronic disease state management services focus on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and smoking cessation. The Clinical Pharmacy Department staff is made up of faculty members from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, pharmacy residents and pharmacy rotation students. The clinical pharmacy staff actively participates in community outreach initiatives providing free health screenings throughout the Boston Metro area.
