South End’s dedicated team of highly-trained  doctors and nurses offer a wide range of
services, including pediatrics, adult medicine, ob/gyn, mental health, lab, eye, dental,
nutrition, and the WIC program.
And, because we know health care can be confusing, our wonderful
patient services staff is available to answer your questions about
insurance coverage, choosing a doctor, making an appointment or
getting a referral.

Monday - Thursday:
8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday:
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon
