The South End Community
Health Center offers a variety of services and always welcomes
new patients—whether you live in the neighborhood or just would
like to come to us for your care. Services include:
adult medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology,
dentistry, eye/ear, health education, mental health, social
services, WIC, nutrition, HIV, and after-hours care. We
have specialists in dermatology, neurology, asthma, and
podiatry.

About Insurance and Payment
We accept close to 100 different forms of insurance, including
MassHealth, Medicare as well as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Harvard
Pilgrim and Neighborhood Health Plan. Patients who do not
have insurance are still eligible for services, though a small
payment may be requested. Visa and MasterCard are
accepted. An insurance worker is available to help answer
any questions you have and to discuss payment options.

Most of our staff are bi-lingual or bi-cultural in Spanish
and English. We also have staff who speak Haitian
Creole, Mandarin, French and many other languages.
